Our agreements

Memorandum of Understanding

• We work together to promote remote cross-access between countries to secured data. Our collaboration is regulated by a Concertation Understanding ( - view pdf) and bilateral or multilateral contracts.

Partners’ procedures

• We compare and provide harmonized information on partner's frameworks for secured data, mainly on accreditation procedures ( - view pdf), on partner's requirements for security rules ( - view pdf) and on sanctions in case of confidentiality breaches ( - view pdf ). We aim thus to facilitate the use of data from multiple countries.

Agreements

• We have agreed on common security rules ( - view pdf). So that our IDAN safe rooms can host all partners’ access points allowing the researchers to work with data from several/partners/countries from one physical place in their country while respecting all of partner's requirements for security rules ( - view pdf).
